The TCA panel for “The X Factor” garnered special attention this week following reports of Simon Cowell’s pregnant/adultery scandal extravangzaaaaaah.
Everyone wanted to know what the British personality’s first words would be on the hot topic and in expected Simon fashion, it was a case of sarcastic ignorance.
“Am I missing something?” he said when he was met by a bevy of reporters congratulating him on his first child, who he’s expecting with Lauren Silverman, the estranged wife of Simon’s once best friend Andrew Silverman.

Then, the tone changed, and he cut to the chase and responded, “Unfortunately, I have to keep this for the moment private. It’s just one of those things. But thank you very much anyway.”
“I would love to [talk], but I have to respect a lot of people’s feelings right now,” he added. “There are a lot of things I will eventually clear up when the time is right, but I really have to be sensitive because there’s a lot of people’s feelings involved here.”
And that was that.
Simon then met up with his judges’ panel co-stars Demi Lovato and Kelly Rowland to talk about what to expect in season three of the reality TV singing competition. This is when all the reporters started to fall asleep, so we’ll never know what they said.
